ability to give their patients the best possible care and service in
the area of laboratory testing. And, with the health care facility
as a whole by providing a safe work environment.

ABOUT OUR FOUNDER
Rochelle P. Leemhuis-Stewart, the Founder and Executive
Consultant of rpl Laboratory Solutions® Inc. and rpl Compliance
Solutions®, has extensive knowledge and experience in the areas of
laboratory medicine, practice management and safety. Her background
includes mid to upper level administrative positions within
healthcare organizations including multi-site facilities. She
obtained her undergraduate degree in Medical Technology with a
graduate degree in Business Administration. She holds a California
State CLS license (DHS/LFS), national certification as a Clinical
Laboratory Scientist (CLS) and a Clinical Laboratory Compliance
Professional (CLCP) from The National Credentialing Agency for
Laboratory Personnel Inc. (NCA), national certification as a Medical
Technologist (MT) and Certified Laboratory Consultant (CLC) from
American Medical Technologies (AMT) and is an Authorized OSHA
Outreach Trainer by the United States Department of Labor. Her
expertise is utilized by physicians, administrators, healthcare team
members, manufacturers and distributors. She is a requested speaker
for local, state and national conventions, sales meetings and
educational forums.
